The benefits and the ways on the technology transfer of the technology transfer take place are diversified: have freedom from the constraints found within the small-medium scales enterprises, to be able to decide where to look for customers, to be able to adapt more quickly to changes in the international market place, and also to increase the mobility of product distribution, the flow of published information, the movement of scientific people, the movement of equipment and machineries and cooperation. Therefore, small-medium scale enterprises in the traditional soybean products and formulated soybean industries need to transform into the modern soybean products industry and formulated food industries using Codex Alimentarius Commision, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, Total Quality Management, and General Manufacturing Practices. The other benefits are the mission of the modern soybean products and formulated soybean products industries can be achieved according to the international standards. The global market for these products are becoming more competitive etitive and there are a lot of factors will influence the future competitiveness of these products. The role of university and industry interaction has many implications for the industry and customer services. The increasing role of university will affect in the intensifying competition from generic traditional soybean industry. The role of university to the industry interaction will increase in the efficiency and productivity, re-engineering, information technology, changes in their knowledge, attitudes, skills and working habits. and down stream processing improvement. Increasing lproductivity of soybean industry including capital, manpower development, the attitudes, social knowledge, skills of people, and all of those reflect the education and manpower training The role of university in the traditional soybean industry and the modern soybean industry can be done by multi level skill training and the increasing academic capability of industrial people and process development capabilities in order to speed -up the recipient of technology transfer and its performances. This is due to the science and technology is very important in the process development in order to produce the high quality of human resources graduate with self-Oconfidence, high responsibility, mobility, and ability to cooperate with the other researchers and industrial people. Research, education, dissemination of the research results to the community must be carried-out by expertise from the university for the sake of human basic needs.
