How to Reply the Challenge of Industrialization of Traditional Soybean Food Production about Soybean Food Enterprises of China

摘要

The producing and management present situation of domestic (taking Beijing soybean food industry company as a instance) and foreign food enterprises are compared in this article. The results indicate that only soybean food enterprises of China realize industrialization, can they possess broad and steady market. At the same time, corresponding countermeasures are put forward to face the challenge industrialized production and market competition.
