摘要

To save the labor cost, industry robot is applied in production line. This paper deals with the design of the beverage packaging line using high speed robots, which will be applied in Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. to satisfy their requirement. On the basis of investigation of the previous line, the packaging process is briefly addressed. Taking into account the circumstance of the workshop area, the layout of the packaging line is proposed. With Petri net technology, the model of the beverage packaging line is built and by analyzing the model, it is proved that the whole system is reachable, bounded and reversible, hi addition, the Petri net model builds the theoretical basis for the network control of the whole packaging line.
