The application of themicrocomputer-PC to emulsified ASPHALT productionline

摘要

In the paper the emulsified asphalt production process and control scheme is presented. The paper mainly states the computer-PC (programmable controller) combined control system's hardware and software structure and design speciality. Because of using the PC the control system runs reliablier and the original complex logic program design is made simple. The microcomputer not only realizes process control therefor productivity and factor of merit is upgraded largely but also pactise partial management task. Therefor it is very welcomed by the users and the operaters.
