摘要

Inorganic-organic hybrid semiconductor micrometer sheets of ZnS/ethylenediamine were synthesized in situ on Zn foils by a simple solvothermal method for the first time. By changing the volume ratio of ethylenediamine and ethanol, ZnS/ethylenediamine hybrid micrometer sheets with different size were also obtained. The sheets were characterized by XRD, SEM, FT-IR and absorption spectra.
