Proposal and Evaluation of User's Actions Distribution Method Using Life Streaming Service on Lifelog System

In recent years, the Web services that display information uploaded by users have been developing. However, many users refrain from the sustained use of these services. Therefore, we have developed a BlogWear system that automatically generates web log entries using lifelong data. The results of our previous experiment showed that loggers and viewers have the opportunities to communicate with each other because of entries posted with BlogWear. However, loggers do not know which users can view their entry, and viewers cannot interact with each other. Hence, loggers and viewers generally discontinue the use of BlogWear. Therefore, in the present study, we developed a system that distributes information about a BlogWear user's action. The contributions of this study are: (1) This study proposes a method that distributes information about a user's actions with lesser burdens while using life streaming services. (2) It demonstrates that a life log system can motivate loggers to share their life log data because of distributing information of viewers. (3) It demonstrates that notifying users about comments posted for life log data motivates them to view a life log and communicate with other users. (4) Finally, it demonstrates that notifying users about entries that were visited by other viewers motivated them to view those entries.
