Application of Lithium Ion Battery (LIB) is gettingrngrowth these days in space industry. Through the supplyrnchain of LIB, it is very important to establish deepenrnmutual understandings between space industry people andrnnon-space industry people in order to meet requirementsrnof space grade quality control.rnFurthermore, this approach has positive effects forrnsafety handling and safety transportation.rnThis paper explains necessity of mutual understandingsrnbased on the analysis of aviation incident report. Thernstudy is focused on its background and issues on eachrnrelated industry.rnThese contents are studied and discussed in the NewrnWork Item Proposal of the International Standard of LIBrnfor space vehicle.
