The device has a self-supporting trolley i.e. battery forklift, for transporting batteries (3), and fixed on a chassis of a vehicle or integrated into a body to supply the vehicle in non-apparent way. A carriage is fixed on a back part of the vehicle by solid fixing points and a standard attachment hook (9) of the vehicle. The hook is adapted to be inclined. A fixing unit of the carriage is provided as a chucking device adjusted by a millimeter screw (7). The carriage is provided with inflated wheels (10), and designed in a motorized manner. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for using a device for rolling locomotion batteries of an automotive electric vehicle (2) a method for implementing a device for rolling locomotion batteries of an automotive electric vehicle.
