摘要

Each power system as control area must participate in primary and secondary frequency and power control either operating in united electric power system or in island mode. It is necessary to know system characteristics for development of control algorithm. In this paper the estimation method for electric power system frequency characteristics is analyzed. A new method for determination of electric power system static frequency characteristics and time constants using parametric identification and spectral analysis methods is proposed.
