The test mainly consists of three parts, including the basic test parameters, the unit system test parameters and heat pump system test parameters. Based on the test data, the conclusion of indoor and outdoor temperature of this residential area, the temperature distribution of the heat pump system and the heating system can be drawn. The performance and operation cost of this system also can be calculated based on the test data. The changes of temperature parameters runs stable, which conducive to the long-term operation of the system. The performance coefficient of the heat pump unit was about 2.33, and the energy efficiency of the heat pump system can reach 2.65. Ground source heat pump for heating and cooling operation cost was 28.3 yuan/m~2 throughout the year, saving about 21.39% when compared with the municipal heat supply network and central air conditioning system.
