摘要

CuInS_2-absorber layers were fabricated using a twostep process. First the metallic precursors Cu and In were sputtered on Mo coated glass substrates. Then the precursor layers were reacted in sulphur vapour to form CuInS_2. Precursors consisting of approximately 2000 Cu and In layers showed thorough interdiffusion of the elements. After sulphurization a good crystalline quality of the CuInS_2 films was found. Solar cells based on these absorber layers were fabricated.
