摘要

The data on the influence of altered gravity on plantrncell proliferation are ambiguity [1, 3], although a delayrnof the cell cycle duration in comparison with therncontrol was observed in the most cases. Evidently, thernprincipal regulatory processes in a cell cycle occur inrnthe G1-phase. Cyclins are important regulators inrndifferent phases of a cell cycle and have a highrnhomology in plant and mammalian cells. Δ -cyclins arernspecific for plants and control the presynthetic phasernevents and beginning of S-phase. Therefore, we firstlyrnperformed the study the influence of slow horizontalrnclinorotation on δ3- and δ1-cyclins genes expressionrnin early events of pea root development.
