Enhanced Image Reconstruction by High Order Orthogonal Moments

摘要

A new method of image reconstruction by applying high order orthogonal moments is addressed in this paper. Based on the newly proposed scheme, the performance of the image reconstruction is vastly improved numerically and visually. The Legendre moments are employed in this research to achieve the image reconstruction.
