We modeled the ceramic high T_c (HTS) materials as quantum-capacitive Josephson-junction arrays (JJA), with weakly coupled superconducting grains on three dimensional (3D) lattice, and Angstrom-scale parameters. We showed that intrinsic critical currents of both current drive parallel to plane and current drive perpedicular to plane can be estimated by Monte Carlo simulation. We also obtained the phase boundary (Current- Temperature-Anisotropy) by the use of Monte Carlo simulation for 3D finite 20x20x20 JJA model. We show the vortex pinning, like in bulk superconductors normal-region due to impurities, in 3D disordered JJA model from Monte Carlo simulation.
