AN ENTERPRISE ANALYSIS AND DESIGN THROUGH THE SIMON-CONANT ENTROPY REDUCTION MODEL

Electronic enterprises are systems that require a great deal of understanding for effective design and analysis. Current design methods and models do not sufficiently address the complexity of enterprises, which arise from the combination of hardware, software, netware, and peopleware or any combination thereof. In this paper, we propose a model based on Simon-Conant entropy reduction model that will allow enterprises to analyze complexity without having to understand it Additionally, the abstract nature of the model will allow enterprises to apply it at any conceptual level.
