摘要

Taking the material from three financial enterprises as samples, the author, using the empirical model of behavior research, studied company's citizenship based on strategic intention under content analysis. It is shown in the research result that company's citizenship, as a veiled strategy, has been adopted by most large and medium-sized enterprises. Though diversified in appearance, those strategies are all conducive to the companies' images. Therefore, it is an important strategy or method for the corporation to link citizenship to their strategy in seeking their own competitive edge.
