摘要

Image compression system is one of most important parts of earth resources satellite and remote sensing satellite. Main technologies which are used in designing a spaceborne image compression are discussed in this paper. This image compression can fulfill twenty channels high speed image data’s real-time compression and its compression image quality is near to JPEG2000, which is the criterion of image compression.
