摘要

The precision of target location is one of the most crucial factors in testing and measure system. The request of the measure precision can not be satisfied usually through the traditional algorithms of target detection and location based on image processing technology. So the subdivision algorithms are used in measure system, such as the gravity law and the interpolation principle. A sub-pixel subdivision algorithm is put forward in this paper. In the algorithmic, the method of the polynomial curve is combined with the projection method. The position of the target cross-center is calculated by calculating the energy extreme point. The optoelectronic theodolite is used as the testing criterion in our experiment. The result of the experiments shows that the algorithm can be fit for the request of the testing precision. The algorithm is a better solution for target collimation in the angle and distance measure.
