摘要

Thedeformation and breakage of surrounding rock in deep soft-engineering rock roadway make it difficult to support and only relying on strengthen the support strength but not paying attention to the deformation coordination and coupling of surrounding rock and support system is hard to achieve the ideal supporting effect.Based on the detailed analysis of deformation characteristics and the main influencial factors in deep roadway surrounding rock double shell support theory is proposed.It is thought that through the support for the shallow roadway to form the external stress supporting shell and the reinforce of deep roadway to form internal stress reinforcing shell will form a supporting system which can effectively reduce the scope of the damage of surrounding rock of roadway, cut off the propagation of deep high ground stress, maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock and the formation of roadway.Build the double shell roadway surrounding rock supporting system constituted by single shell support, continuous double shell support and discontinuous double shell support according to the different breakage scope of roadway,in the meantime,analyze the double shell supporting mechanism of roadway surrounding rock,research and development the key technology of double shell supporting in the deep roadway.Taking the deep roadway repair engineering of Tao er coal mine for example, verify the rationality of the double shell supporting in deep roadway.
