Impact of technology in an environmetnal method

摘要

It is a fact that environment and especially water resource protection is one of the principal concerns for organisations. Local collectivities are directly concerned by managing this resource in terms of quality and quantity. However, their human ressources and technical means remain often insufficient. Building a waste water treatment process (technology) involves a real environmetnal project with all locals actors (human construct). In this context, mayors of small collectivities (less than 1000 inhabitants) need help in order to globally understand the project they have to pilot for finally deciding and acting.
