TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE CLOUD COMPUTING SERVICE SYSTEM BASED ON MERIDIAN CLINIC SENSITIVE GRID (TCMCCSS)

摘要

医药信息云计算服务平台代表了医学未来的发展方向，但是现有的医药信息云计算服务平台都是以现代西方医学的模式指导下构建的服务平台。传统中医在理论与实践上与现代西方医学有很大的不同。传统医学需要从天人合一的角度考虑人类的健康问题、强调不治已病治未病、强调道德对人类健康的重要意义、强调原生态的道地药材，以及一系列中医特有的诊疗技术等等。所以有必要探讨在现有的现代西方医学的模式指导下的构建的医药信息云计算服务平台基础上如何架构一个符合中医理论与实践特点的医药信息云计算服务平台。中医智慧指导下的云计算医疗服务平台与现代医学指导下的云计算医疗平台，虽各具有相当的独立性，但通过彼此交流合作，达到基础资源的共享。两个平台之间，将在比较医学的指导下建立信息交换与共享。《黄帝内经》与其他一些中药中医典籍将指导整个TCMCCSS的设计。本文探讨把传统中医理论与实践与现代医学相结合构建医药信息云计算服务平台的方案。%Medicine information cloud computing service system can be viewed as a representation of future medicine service. However, nowadays, almost all medicine information cloud computing service systems are designed according to the theory of modern medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine is distinguished from modern medicine on many aspects-TCM inspects the healthy problem on the point of view of harmony between man and nature, tries to stress the points of treating an illness before the illness becomes true, attaches importance to the relationship between morality and sickness, and uses the nature herbal medicine and many special techniques e.g. acupuncture and moxibustion. So it is necessary to explore the problem of how to develop a novel medicine information cloud computing service system for TCM (TCMCCSS). The medicine information cloud computing service system based on the theory of modern science and TCMCCSS can be developed on mutual complementary, many resources can be shared. Under the guidance of comparative study of TCM and modern medicine, TCM and the modern medicine will help each other a lot. This paper tries to probe the problem of how to develop a hybrid cloud computing service system of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine under the guidance of comparison. . The main design ideals of TCMCCSS will come from the bible of Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine and other old scriptures of TCM.
