摘要

In-plane-switching (IPS)-mode LCD is one of thernmost useful technologies for a broad range of viewingrnangles. To apply for IPS-LCDs, we synthesized novelrnhomogeneous alignment materials, changingrndianhydrides (BTDA and BPDA) and bridgedrndiamines (ODA and PACM). We measured their pretiltrnangles using the crystal rotation method withrnpositive LC and their surface properties.
