摘要

The issues are considered of elaboration andrndevelopment of the Russian hazard alarm system tornprovide safe flight of operated space vehicles and lifernactivities on Earth under the conditions of increasinglyrncongested near-Earth space environment. The results arerngiven characterizing the appearance intensity ofrnhazardous approaches of space vehicles with spacerndebris in the different areas of near-Earth space. Thernestimated probabilities are given of space vehiclesrncollisions with the space objects, and also the statisticalrndata on safety zone violations of space vehicles,rnperformance of avoidance maneuvers, coordinates andrntime of deorbiting of the falling space objects. There isrnalso a description of development prospects of thernhazard alarm system.
