摘要

Al2O3/ZrO2 heat barrier coating doped nanometer was prepared by ash plasma spraying method on N80 steel base. The structure and the phase of Al2O3/ZrO2 plasma spraying powder and ceramics coating with doping nanometer and prefabricating were investigated by modern material analysis means such as SEM and XRD etc. The results showed that the powder structure using plasma spraying doping nanometer was micrometer cladding nanometer in its surface and little nanometer regiment structure. The phase of powder was composed of α- Al2O3, stable tetragonal phase t- ZrO2 and some (about 5%) monoclinic phase m- ZrO2. The microstructure of plasma spraying coating doping nanometer Al2O3/ZrO2 was complicated. The particular structure include cylindrical micrometer crystal enwraped in putamina consist of nanometer ones, unmelted ZnO2 partical studded in the crystal. Coating consist of α- Al2O3 and metastable tetragonal phase t′- ZrO2.
