摘要

The surface of nano-ATO powders was modified by using Titanate coupling agent and Stearate as modifier. The modification results were characterized by laser particle size analysis, FTIR, XRD, TEM, sedimentation coefficient and activation index. The effects of modifying conditions, including the temperature, reaction time ,amount of modifier and coupling agent, powder pretreatment proceess ,the modification results were researched. The modification mechanism were also studied. The results showed the condition of Titanate coupling agent and Stearate mixed by 1:3,then mixed modifier with ATO by1:3, under 140℃ with Xylene Returnning for 5h was the optimized parametersthe .Under these condition the modified powder could significantly improve the dispersion ability in 26# mine-oil ,and possess the performance of small particle size and low agglomerate ability.
