THE FINDING AND PREVENTION OF HIDDEN COST OF QUALITY

The higher technology business always has the more accurate cost of quality. Any business may have the problem of hidden cost of quality. This paper emphasizes how to find, expose, control, and prevent the hidden cost of quality. Since a hidden quality of cost may be found by customer, line workers or designers, so the problem of hidden quality of cost can be found, controlled and prevented by design department in a company. In this paper, we propose three different methods to show how to find, control, and prevent the problem of hidden cost of quality. Three cases are used to described the methods proposed.
