摘要

In the clinic, the accuracy and veracity of the blood corpuscle counted and classified play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment. At present, the micro-pinhole resistance testing method used widely is an effective way in eliminating corpuscle overlap and precisely detecting corpuscle pulse peak value. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the principle in brief by resistance testing method, we investigate how to use the ability of DSP processing data with high speed in detail and resolve the problem of eliminating corpuscle overlap and precisely detecting corpuscle pulse peak value. We present the processing process such as data acquisition, pulse waveform memory, digital filtering, peak value distinguishing, corpuscle volume calculating, the floating terminus of various corpuscle histogram, temperature compensation etc. The hardware circuit and software block diagram, measurement results of this testing method are also included in this paper.
