The stability of metro bogie is not directly measured, it can be achieved by measuring indirectly horizontal and vertical displacement of the four-wheeled chassis's center of metro carriage, and the pressure loaded four wheels necessarily. Our solution is shown as followed. First, the test platform and hydraulic servo are established which can respectively implement measuring displacement and pressure and loading automatically. Then, the eight differential-transformer beeline displacement transducers and the four cantilever weighing transducers based strain-gage are fixed between metro bogie and the test platform through the measurement machine. In the different loading conditions, the results of twelve parameters will be collected to the industrial-control computer by data acquisition system. At the same time, the safety of test platform is warranted because the functions as follow overflow, position limit, alarm are contained the whole automatic system. Last, twelve sensors information is fused by using software measurement to evaluate the stability of metro bogie.
