Acting Force Analysis of Pressure Sensor Using Finite Element Method

摘要

In the article we analyze S-type pressure sensor of the electronic belt balance by finite element method. By this method we can not only obtain the strain distribution of the strain slice and the position of maximum strain field, but also validate that the effect of the pulling from sides on the pressure sensor is least in this field.
