This paper describes a common structure for the evaluation of existing, and development of new organizational factor frameworks. These frameworks link organizational factors to a risk model such that the effect of organizational factors on risk can be determined. The new framework is developed with the requirement that it should facilitate the establishment of organizational risk indicators, which is to be used as a tool for risk control. A preliminary version of a specific organizational model based on data analysis is also presented.
