IMPROVEMENT OF CONICAL SHAPED CHARGE SYSTEM AND COMPARISON OF THE TEST RESULT BETWEEN CSC AND GAS GUN

摘要

Conical Shaped Charge System (CSC) has been developed for several years, and a target speed was able to be attained in last year. But it was found a following jet remained. Then, the removal system for this following jet was developed and checked through the experiment. Moreover, hypervelocity impact test with a two stage light gas gun was performed for the purpose of comparison with the results of impact test by CSC. This paper describes the removal system of following jet of CSC, test results of gas gun and comparison between these results.
