Design of an Information Repository to Support cooperative Works over a Computer Network

摘要

In this paper, we will discuss several design principles of an information repository that supports us to manage the state of the progress of cooperative works with respect to decisions made through conversations and artifacts/products made through cooperative activities. we will show the results about management of shared data, systematic management of decisions from coarse-grained ones to fine-grained ones, and a framework for supporting cooperative works over distributed computing systems.
