This paper refers to achieve a controlled electromagnetic device in order tornmaintain the voltage level between prescribed limits both to power distribution and domesticrncustomers.rnIt is very important both to S.C. Transelectrica S.A. and different kind of customers tornmaintain the voltage level between prescribed limits. It is a real problem when it takes into accountrnthat more and more customers use network system PC because it is well known that these kind ofrnsystems need a constant voltage supply level.rnThe orthogonal polarization of a magnetic circuit occurs when two perpendicular (orthogonal)rnmagnetic fields act in the same time upon the magnetic circuit and change its magnetic characteristicrnfeatures. In the studied case there is an alternative work magnetic field Hl and a continuousrnpolarization one, Hp.
