By analyzing and correcting the paradox model of tourism demand which was put by America economist Veblen, and inspection of the Giffen Goods condition, the author creates an innovative concept: counter Giffen goods and sets up a new model which can realize two noumenon principle: people-focused and ecosystem-focused in tourism development. This model indicates that tourism products in accordance with two noumenon principle will manifest a positive correlation effect of the demand paradox in theory and practice.
