摘要

Our experiments addressed the understanding of luminescent characteristics of thin film phosphor. First, we investigated what factors might be most influential on the luminance of thin film among stoichiometry, crystallinity, internal reflection, and luminescent centers. Up to now, we are on the step of maximizing the luminance from thin film by controlling their material properties. We expect that our valid experimental investigation will clarify the applicability of thin film to CL phosphors. This work was supported ETRI(Electronic and Telecommunications Research Institute) through ISRC(Inter-University Semiconductor Research Center).
