In this article we will review in the Internet age the electric power corporation have yet to find its organization structure to match to demand of consumer. So we are confronting China electric power market whose Economy will being transform by the WTO. It is important that division of electric power distributive corporation. It wills responses to rapid rise in power load and the size of the electric power network, which spring up to economic, develop it. The electric power business enterprise is a foundation of the national economy, its operate the efficiency to directly relate to the increasing of national economy to live the level's exaltation with people, along with the further internationalization and citified of our country' s whole economy, electric power require will quickly increase inevitably. So that to analyses how to set up structure of organization and combine electric power supplying company, it is influence and link to operate the results of grid. It is important for goodly exist with the development's bottleneck mission of grid.
