A STUDY ON THE MODEL OF MONEY SUPPLY CONTROL AND APPLICATION IN CHINA

摘要

This paper presents a Model of Money Supply Control in China, witch based on the forecasts of monetary multipliers, and with stabilizing on the value of RMB and promoting the growth of economy as the control goal; automatically controlling basic money as the instrument; simplified AD-AS Model as the module of control effects appraisement. It also presents the quantitative simulation appraisements on the effects of money control during 1994-1999, and a suggestion about money control in China during 2000-2010 by this model.
