摘要

In knowledge-oriented companies, knowledge will become the primary factor that leads them to the competitive advantage. Corporate strategy theorists have considered firm as a body of knowledge, and have recognized knowledge as the principal source of economic rent. How to manage firm's knowledge resource has come to our routine thinking. Knowledge resource, a very different resource to labor force, materials and capital, is characterized as intangible, invisible, suitable for the law of increasing return, therefore, how to manage this special resource has become the urgent agenda. According to the process-based view, knowledge management includes such processes as knowledge learning and creation, accumulation, diffusion and reactivation, etc. This paper examines the knowledge diffusion process, knowledge accumulation model, and knowledge reactivation and management.
