摘要

An important issue in the virtual organization is how to distribute the cooperative payment. The main purpose of this paper is to find an efficient and feasible payment distribution method in the virtual organization. By assuming that the partners in the virtual organization can reach a binding agreement, the benefit distribution in virtual organization can attribute to non-zero cooperative game theory. Based on the related theories of non-zero cooperative game theory, the internal mechanism that promotes the formation of the virtual organization is analyzed and a collaborative game model of the virtual organization is founded. With some assumptions, the model can be predigested into a linear model. It is proved that in the linear model, the optimal distribution of the virtual organization is to distribute the total collaborative payment by the allelomorphes of the linear model in the biggest alliance S=N. One simulated numerical example is described for application purpose.
