IS GUANXI A MODEL OF CHINA'S BUSINESS

摘要

Academic researches have been focusing on guanxi since mid of 1980s, which contribute a lot to the theory and business execution. Owing to the culture gap, some misunderstanding of guanxi existed and could do harms to china's business community. Basing on the introduction and discussion on guanxis' definition, this paper established a framework to understand the formation and state of guanxi clearly, and referred that the different shared assumption of relationship make the china's guanxi so special, finally a guanxi continuum and a new definition was offered, which lead reader to know more and deeper in detail about China's guanxi.
