The implementation of solar-basedphotovoltaic cells depends on its design, material properties and manufacturing innovation. This paper showed a relative study of the single-layer silicone solar cell reform result structured by COMSOL Multiphysics and the result of the creation of solar cells based on sunlight. with the variety of assimilation of light power. This paper emphasizes the re-enactment after effect of J-V attributes and cell productivity with produced efficiency. In simulation, we have a solar cell's performance of 4.32 percent and a maximum power of 11.31 mWh.
