Multi-parameter compound transducer and Integrated Storage Measurement System are discussed. A novel transducer comprised of three-dimensional accelerometer and pressure& temperature sensor is presented. It's structure design, FEM analysis, manufacture process and the experiment results are illustrated respectively. A real-time data compressive ASIC (TH9801) is developed. The Integrated Storage Measurement System is built based on the transducer and the ASIC, whose two typical applications are presented in the end. One is the three-dimensional acceleration measurement of certain missle and the other is the test of the body movement parameters.
