Research and Control of Inclusions and Skin Lamination on Electrical Steel Surface

摘要

Inclusions and skin lamination on electrical steel surface have great effects on surface quality, production efficiency and cost of cold-rolled sheets. In consideration of smelting and continuous casting of electrical steel, surface quality of continuous casting production slab, influencing factors of inclusions and skin lamination were analyzed. Pertinent measures were confirmed. These measures are shown to have certain instruction meanings for reducing production cost and increasing production efficiency of electrical steel.
