Enhanced Camera Capturing Using Object-Detection-Based Autofocus on Smartphones

摘要

The paper proposed a novel method to autofocus on object and capture photo at stable fashion. An object-detection based approach has been proposed to automatically generate pixel objectness to find the optimal focus point. The temporal information has been used to measure the stableness. Experiments show the proposed approach could enhance the photo quality taken on the mobile devices.
