摘要

We fabricated Dye Solar Cells with nc-TiO_2 film sintered via λ=355 nm laser with power P varying from 1W to 7W. A 7.1% efficient laser sintered DSC is reported for the first time. We outline the characteristic parameters required from a laser system to carry out an efficient, energetically favorable and industrially applicable process.
