摘要

Introduction Diet composition is the most important factor influencing the structure and function of microbial community in the rumen contents (Tajima et al.2000,Zhou et al.2010).Understanding how dietary changes impact the mmen ecosystem will provide insight into why certain diets may impact animal health and productivity.Petri et al.(2012) measured detectable rumen bacteria of cattle by qPCR analysis and found that reducing diet complexity by removing forage resulted in a decline in the density of some fibrolytic bacterial species.Kong et al.(2010) found that the species richness estimated for the communities fed alfalfa was higher than that fed triticale.Forages were an extremely important source of nutrients in ruminant rations.In this work we investigated the rumen bacteria diversity under different forage and protein resource using DGGE and qPCR approaches.
