Blizzard, freezing rain and other extreme weather damage the bridge with a cumulative and randomness, which is the most seriously affected to the performance of the bridge panel. Considersing the materials from the panel at the extreme south the environmental impact of freezing rain, the analysis of the concrete structure at this particular climate of the cumulative damage mechanism to a new type of fiber reinforced concrete materials research for the background, providing a bridge panel to improve the anti-extreme weather conditions reinforcement proposals.
