Purpose: a kind of repairing and reinforcement means, one top concrete structure of the viaduct for a bridge and using an enhancing composite material element, it is arranged to repair and rapidly reinforce the damaged part of a viaduct and a bridge and improves durability, the leakage of a base of the superstructure by preventing a viaduct and the infiltration of chlorine.
