In order to explore the effect of different functional materials (Water-retaining agent,Humic acid(HA)) with some plants on characteristics of the soil microbial community in the contaminated soil with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAHs).It was designed a set of pot incubation experiment in the greenhouse.The tests plants were wheat,Spinacia oleracea and Purple head cabbage.The main difference among soils A,B and C was the different types of addition-Functional materials:soil A with Water-retaining agent,B with HA and C with Water-retaiting agent + HA.In all cases,the soils were sieved by 2 mm before seedlings and plants were transplanted.
