摘要

Using manure collect from animals administered with veterinary antibiotics or directly adding of veterinary antibiotics to manure is two common research methods used to study the environmental behavior of veterinary antibiotics.This article compared with the degradation behavior of oxytetracycline in swine manure by the above two research methods,to clarify the effects of body metabolism of veterinary antibiotics on their degradation behavior in manure.Degradation experiments were conducted at the temperature of 23.2℃,and the moisture content of 78.07%.Each treatment was maintained at three initial oxytetracycline concentrations.
